went to raid muu's house

and ran for the first time in...more than 2months time!
maybe its 3 months long?
i donno but watever it is
ever since the start of prelim i totally never run
the result of not running for so long is that
i ran 1.6km in 13 min
can die la
its even slower than my p6 timing
i gave up there coz the track keep playing with me
or watever it is..
the incline thing keep going up like every 10 sec
half the time im pressing the stupid down button -.-
but!!
sec 4 i ran 2.4km in 14min++
i know its slow but yah (:
now 1.6km in 13min
means i have 1min to run 800m
woots!
