cooperation and teamwork
its doesnt jus come out of nowhere
it need time to develop
it might be harder if we are not closed to each other
jus like wat we can see
on the first day, our patrol did things very slowly
most likely due to the lack of cooperation as we were still not closed to each other
also, we were kinda scared to be embarrassed if our ideas were not that good
so we kept our ideas inside
but as time past
we get to know each other better
and something is pulling us together
we kinda know when help is need here and there
and we will take the intiative to do things
we will tell them the ideas no matter how good or bad it is
is may be lame, but at least they know abt it and can improve from there

time management
its very important
without time management, working will not be efficient
it will be much slower and time is wasted
when we can actually use then for other things
instead of wasting time, why not have a good time management so that we will not need to rush to do other things
also
we can spend those time and do things at our own speed so that the quality of our work will be better too
its best to have a time keeper
to put us forward to get us thinking
it does help

skills
its best to be learning skills every now and then
skills need to be accumulated
and they cannot be mastered by jus learning it once
it also need practices
with more practices
the skills will get deep into our head and that we wont need to crack our brains jus to remember wat we have learnt when we need them
and its good to learn fully
it makes us more confident of ourselves
knowing wat to do is the best
